The Perfect Cup Card is a loyalty program of Pacific Coffee, aims to bring in more benefits to our loyal customers.

Frequently asked questions about the Perfect Cup Card
How does the Perfect Cup Card Programme work?
  A HK$200 first time preload value is needed to activate the Perfect Cup Card. You can accumulate points with any purchase of our drinks, food and merchandise items (except consignment goods). You will get 1 point for every HK$1 spent, and 20 points are equivalent to HK$1 in redemption value.
How come I can’t use my points, I have already got the Perfect Cup Card?
  You will need to register online before you can redeem your points.
I can’t see the updated point balance on the receipt?
  Our system will re-new the balances around midnight everyday, so the updated points will be shown the next day.
When will my points expire?
  Points are valid for a period of 12 months to 15 months. E.g. Points earned within the first quarter of this year will be expired at the end of the first quarter of the next year.
  Points settlement will be done quarterly:
  -   31 March, 2011 for points earned from 1 Jan to 31 March,,2010;
  -   30 June, 2011 for points earned from 1 April to 30 June, 2010;
  -   30 September, 2011 for points earned from 1 July to 30 September, 2010;
  -   31 December, 2011 for points earned from 1 October to 31 December, 2010.
When will my card be expired?
  Once activated, the card will be expired after 15 consecutive months of non-use. Unused amount or point balance shall be forfeited automatically upon the expiry date.
I don’t like to pre-load value into the card. Can I still use the card to accumulate points?
  Yes. Simply present the Perfect Cup Card to the cashier when you pay by cash or credit card.
I’ve lost my card. What do I do?
  If you’ve already registered online, please call our hotline 8108 6500 to report on the lost card. To get a replacement card, a HK$50 administration fee is required. All the cash and point balances will then be transferred to the new card. You can choose any of our coffeehouses to collect your new card.

If you haven’t registered, unfortunately we can’t do anything for you because we will not have your records to transfer the cash balance and points.
How long will it take to get a replacement card?
  At least 7 working day.
What are the benefits of being a member apart from accumulating points?
  We will have members-only promotions from time to time. Also on your birthday, you will get double points for any purchases at PCC by using the card.
